In such cases, the carrier—not Hablax Insurance, LLC—will handle your insurance transaction directly and may contact you regarding the products you expressed interest in.

Insurance policies are underwritten by the applicable insurance carrier identified in policy documentation. Hablax Insurance, LLC does not underwrite insurance policies.

Submitting information or requesting a quote does not bind coverage. Coverage is effective only upon carrier approval, premium payment, and issuance of policy.

Hablax Insurance, LLC is licensed to sell insurance in the State of Florida. If you reside in or are located in a state where Hablax Insurance, LLC does not hold an active insurance license, your information will be referred directly to the applicable insurance carrier partner as a referral. In such cases:

• The insurance carrier—not Hablax Insurance, LLC—will handle your insurance transaction, including quoting, underwriting, policy issuance, and customer service.
• Hablax Insurance, LLC acts solely as a referral source and does not act as your insurance agent or broker in non-licensed states.
• The carrier may contact you directly using the contact information you provided through this Website.
• If you do not complete the purchase of the insurance product(s) you expressed interest in, the carrier may engage in remarketing efforts, which may include up to three (3) telephone calls, up to three (3) text messages, and up to two (2) emails regarding the specific product(s) you showed interest in.
• Carrier remarketing activities are conducted independently by the carrier and are subject to the carrier’s own privacy policy and terms of service.
