Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in other states (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas), you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.
However, the CPRA defines “sharing” broadly to include disclosing personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, even without payment. Our use of advertising and analytics technologies (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Clarity) may constitute “sharing” under that definition.
To request that we stop sharing your personal information for behavioral advertising purposes, or to exercise any other rights you have under applicable privacy law, please email us:
Include in your request:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account or quote
- State of residence
- The specific request (opt out of sharing, deletion, access, correction, etc.)
We will respond within the timeframe required by your state’s law (typically 45 days, extendable by 45 additional days when reasonably necessary).
You may also enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device on which the signal is enabled.
For more information about our data practices, see our Privacy Policy.
